High Blood Pressure?

Does Wellbutrin contribute to high blood pressure? If so, what is in Wellbutrin that causes this? I just finished a year's worth and was going to be weaned off of it slowly over a course of 3 weeks, however, my blood pressure is so high that it has been decided that I will stop taking it at once, (I will no longer be weaned off of it) in hope that my blood pressure will get better.
