Do YOU have MIRENA side Effects ??? Some Help for you

i have just recently been diagnosed with "cold thyroid nodules" via ultrasound and had a FNA (biopsy) done. I have no personal or family history of thyroid problems. After doing some reading on the web and I am finding more and more information linking thyroid disorders with infertility. In July 2007, I had mirena placed. TSH is 2.44 and PTO >1000. Any link to mirena??? Most commonly TSH levels should be above3.0 to prevent infertility and miscarriage.

Hello,I had to have mine removed just over a year ago, I also had nodules I have no family history of thyroid problems and have never had problems with mine before either,Im pretty sure it was caused by Mirena,I had my mirena put in 4 years ago,and only in the last few months realised it was mirena causing most of my medical problems,I had it removed 8wks ago my hormones are all over the place still mainly when im due for my period i get upset over nothing and thats normally not like me,i just hope it gets better soon.
