I have only been on Lisinopril for about a week and I knew right away that this drug is not for me. I am experiencing palpitations, anxiety, nausea, numbness in my right forearm and I wake up at night with my heart beating like a drum. I can see I'm not the only one experiencing these awful side effects. I need a new medicine for blood pressure with no side effects or at least minimal side effects I can live with. I was taking atenolol to start with but that gave me hives! I'm open to suggestions!
