I have had great results with the Nuvaring. My period is predictable and my mood is normal. However, I just stopped using it due to the fact that I don't want this kind of stuff in my body anymore. I hear way too much about strokes, etc. Since I went off it(about a week), I've had headaches and mood swings. Does it take awhile for our body to get back to normal?
