Thank you everyone for your post on Levoquin. Today is 6/13/08, and I just returned from my doctors office and she gave me a script for Levoquin for bronchitus. (caused of course by smoking). I'm coughing up a lot of yellow mucus so I guess I have an infection, but after reading your posts, I will not take Levoquin now or in the future. This drug sounds scary! Put in a call for a Z-pac instead.

Thank you for your post on Levoquin. It is June 13, 2008 and I just returned from my doctors office and already left a message with her nurse that I will not take Levoquin. It was prescribed for chronic bronchitus (of course from smoking), but I must have an infection because of the the amount of yellow mucus being coughed up. I asked for a Z-pac instead. Levoquin sounds like a really frightening drug. I already suffer from body aches due to herniated discs and don't any more pain.

well im all done with my levaquin.. and i think this was a great antibiotic, other than the price,., i paid 100$ for 5 pills.. but i feel much better.. i didn tget any pains, or really any of the side effects seen on this site for levaquin.. im pretty much all better now.. only thing was the 1st night i couldnt really sleep. but istarted taking it in the morning and i was fine.. all in all.. this medicene worked great for me
