I am using Flomax for 3 weeks....I also suffer from a neurological disease. I was given Flomax after trying other drugs that caused retention....then after an extensive eurodynamics test...it showed the opposite...that my bladder does not contract. Since taking Flomax, I must tell the doctor when I see him that I must take a sleeping pill, it is causing me insomnia and vivid dreams. Also, I never woke up to urinate during the night, now I do. Is my flow better....who knows? YES....I am a FEMALE!
