so i think i fell asleep in the sun yesterday at the beach i didnt notice i was burnt till i got home. My leg s were burning so much i didnt have aloe so i immediatly put moisturizer on my legs. it hurt so bad to put it on then a few hrs later i went to have a cold shower and it hurt getting used to the cold but i was in even more pain when the cold wasnt on me. yesterday being canada day i went to see the fireworks my skin on my legs were swollen and my joints felt swollen. It was uncomfortable to stand but it was ok. I put more aloe on that night and it hurt so bad just the touch of something but i did it anyway because i knew it would be good for it. so this morning wking up the burning in my legs had gone, there still swollen but i was excited they werent burning. so usual morning duty was to go to the bathroom, i got up and as soon as weight was put on my legs i felt like screaming, i had extreme pain on my shin and on the inside of my knees. i dont understand how a burn can do that? what should i do? Is it just something that will go away with time? Thanks

by flindy - Thursday July 03 at 04:33 PMThat's terrible you're doing that to yourself...ouch! Try going to Wal-Mart and look at the sunblock products...there you should find a product by Hawaiin Tropics for sunburn that has lidocaine in it for the pain. I just bought some myself today. Good luck, and for heaven sakes...USE sunblock!
